Dear Chapter Members,

Our Chapter depends on the involvement of its members to remain active and continue providing meaningful programs, events, and opportunities. Recently, participation in meetings and chapter activities has been too low to sustain our operations.

If participation does not increase, we will unfortunately have to consider disbanding the Chapter and moving to a social group. We sincerely hope to avoid that outcome, but doing so will require renewed commitment from our membership.

You can help the Chapter by committing to a leadership role (which is much needed), attending upcoming meetings, volunteering for an activity, and responding to Chapter communications. We ask each member to confirm by Friday, October 30 how you are able to participate.

Our next meeting will be held on Monday, November 2nd at 7PM. At that meeting, we will review member commitments and decide whether the chapter has enough support to continue. To be clear, at this stage we are past idea's for social events, we need people to step up and take the lead, do the work and take ownership. The current leaders have done their time, now it's time for others to step up and take the Chapter forward, wherever that leads. 

Thank you for everything you have contributed. We value this Chapter and its members and we hope we can work together to keep it active.
